Its my all time favorite.I love to watch Yash Chopra films and among them its the best one. Since the year it released i.e 1997 no other film has touched me like this.My extreme love for DTPH is because of following reasons.. -&gt;Its tag line touches me i.e someone somewhere...is made for you. -&amp;gt;Its story line and Yash Chopra&#39;s perfection as a director. -&gt;Its superb music by Uttam Singh and above all LATA MANGESHKAR's melodious duets with Udit Narayan.I love its songs; and in them, Lataji&amp;#39;s voice (even more than old songs of Lataji) -&gt;Uttam singh&amp;#39;s background instruments rock me whenever i listen to the numbers. -&gt;Shahrukh Khan's first performance in which he didnot deliver dialogs in the way like he earlier used to.He was very serious and his acting was quite, calm and mature.For the same reason he got several awards for this film. ->Madhuri's performance was great and so was of Karisma.Both got awards and Karisma also got her first National Award. ->I love its screenplay specially in the shots having an acting stage within the film.(See its climax to confirm what i said.)
